Gel electrophoresis

salam..

nampak gayanya cuti mid sem dah hampir ke penghujungnya.. esok dah Jumaat.. huwaa.. Isnin ni dah mula kelas untuk week ke 8.. seriously I'm tired! please.. nak cuti lagi :(

semalam.. pet ada conversation dengan supervisor pet.. untuk kedua kalinya berkenaan final year project.. nampak gayanya, SV sangat serius nak continue project fyp pet.. He ask politely to pursue my master this coming semester.. He briefly explain about future of Plant Pathology.. which is my passion.. ceewah.. omputih entry ni.. haha.. He say, I'm good and I have develop my skills during fyp and internship at QSBG.. hmm.. entah apa goodnya pun tak tau.. haha.. I'm lazy.. tapi kata-kata SV tu ada betulnya.. I worked with fungus from semester 5 until now which I believe I'm quite good in this field.. ecece.. cakap kemas je.. padahal habuk pun tarak :P

He wiling to write recommendation letter to lecturer in UPM Serdang for my field if I'm not interested to pursue my master with him.. He also suggesting to the University of Mississippi.. oh.. jauh.. rindu rumah nanti plus I'm not qualify to go there! haha.. entah la.. it hard to make any decision right now.. just go with the flow..

dan hari ni.. pet happy sebab gel electrophoresis pet ada band! hehe.. Alhamdulilah.. 6 sample (T2, T4, T13, T20, T22 and T25) tunjukkan band atas agarose gel.. cuma T13 band dia agak pudar daripada semua sample.. T4 terang sikit dari T13.. SV cakap, increase DNA template.. begitu juga senior di lab tersebut.. I have to calculate PCR mix before tomorrow.. wish everything will be good.. haha.. 

disebabkan terlebih happy, hari ni makan besar.. haha.. pergi ronda satu Bintulu juga.. haha.. semoga hari esok juga baik hendaknya.. InsyAllah :)
